Perched on a mountain top overlooking Lough Allen, surrounded by the breathtaking Iron mountains allowing this unspoilt part of the Irish country side, unchanged for centuries, to be truly appreciated. This schoolhouse, constructed at the turn of the century, was falling to ruin when rescued, restored and reinvented. Passive house standards were embraced in transforming this piece of local history into 21st century luxury living.
